One of a set of 4 award-winning idents by Pete&Tom for ‘Every Mind Matters' – a collaboration between Channel 4 and Public Health England in support of World Mental Health Day.
Anxious Thoughts
With 1 in 4 people experiencing some form of mental health condition, the aim of the campaign was to raise awareness of mental health issues and push viewers to PHE’s website where they could receive help and support.
Taking Channel 4’s existing 'Fanfare’ ident as a base, I used animated typography over the edited footage to convey the symptoms of ‘Anxious Thoughts’. Channel 4’s in-house continuity team provided a specially recorded voice over to complete the ident.
